Acceptance of Terms

The services that SourceLens provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). SourceLens reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by visiting this page.

Notice regarding Prerequisites for a particular training

We will not, in any case, undermine the importance of basics when it comes to learning complex subjects like computer programming or computer system administration. While you can select your target we select and decide your path to that target. We will not let you attend a course which you don't have the right background for. Just because it won't help you. If you don't have industry experience in some of the topics you have to follow our recommended path toward certain courses. At the time of enrollment confirmation, we will assess your background and recommend you the right milestone toward your target.

Notice regarding Devices you need to bring for the training

A laptop preferably with a Windows OS. Mac or Linux is fine too but Windows is highly recommended. GCC and VS code will be provided as development tools. You will be doing your practicals in your machine. Optionally you can get a notepad and pencil or pen. We will be sharing the materials for the training in pdf and ppt format. We recommend, a Windows but if you cannot arrange one, see if you can follow this steps before you come for the training. So you need to have Xcode installed before you come for the training. So you need to have Gcc and GDB installed with any UI based text editor, before you come for the training. Please note we won't use or don't recommend VI editor so you may need a Linux with UI unless you know by yourself how to use VI editor. VI is great but that itself is a skill and not part of our training at the moment.

Notice regarding refunds

Any dissatisfaction will be compensated by a full refund of the amount paid. The refund should be applied within 5 days after the finish date of the training in case you are planning to apply for a refund.

Notice regarding Courses

While every endeavour is made to commence the training at the scheduled time and place with the scheduled instructor, no responsibility can be taken for circumstances beyond our control which may delay the start time or result in a change of instructor. If there are circumstances beyond our control which have delayed the start time of your lesson, we will offer you the full refund or training at a later date. We may record the training for a later reference of students also we reserve the rights to publish the training.

Description of Services

Through it's network of Web properties, SourceLens provides you with access to a variety of resources, including developer tools, download areas, communication forums and product information (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the TOU.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify SourceLens and it's affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

Member Account, Password, and Security

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SourceLens immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SourceLens will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by SourceLens or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SourceLens server, or the network(s) connected to any SourceLens server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SourceLens server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly.
